I liked how it was easy enough so our HR department could use this without having any training or experience with assessments like these before using them in their jobs! It's not as user friendly if you're looking at your own organization though - there were some things we had trouble figuring out right away (like what 'A' meant). We also didn't realize until after going through all of those questions they would be able to see which ones people answered correctly/incorrectly from each other when comparing results between different groups within an org chart structure. This helped us identify who needed more help getting up into management positions faster vs needing additional coaching / mentoring once hired because everyone can learn but sometimes need extra time & support along side learning new skillsets required by higher level roles.
