Great for identifying skills gaps and making sure employees are ready

I liked how it was easy enough so our HR department could use this without having any training or experience with assessments like these before using them in their jobs! It's not as user friendly if you're looking at your own organization though - there were some things we had trouble figuring out right away (like what 'A' meant). We also didn't realize until after going through all of those questions they would be able to see which ones people answered correctly/incorrectly from each other…

Pros
  • Very quick way for employees
  • Easy setup process that is intuitive, no tech background necessary
  • Great toolkit available online via docs + videos etc.
  • Can do multiple types per employee including 360 feedbacks too :)
Cons
  • Not great about managing group data across various departments
  • Difficulty tracking individual progress towards goals

Convenient Way To Get Feedback From Employees

I like how it was able to get feedback from my employees about their strengths/weaknesses as well as what they were looking forward doing in work life at our organization so we could make decisions accordingly! It's not very user friendly with all of its features but sometimes you have to dig through some things if there isn't an easy button somewhere around where your cursor should be.   • Can track progress, goals etc.
  • Easy way keep up schedules without having them cluttered everywhere throughout documents&calendars
  • Great support team that is super attentive when reaching back via email

Difficult to keep up-to date and consistent

I like how easy it was in order make changes or add new questions without having someone else do so (which would have been costly). It's not always accurate - sometimes there will be an answer choice you know isn't right but still gets scored as correct because of some other question being wrong/incorrectly answered by another employee who has different experience levels etc.. So this can lead into confusion if more employees get their own copies with incorrect answers instead just getting…

  • Its simple to read format, fairly quick turn around for adding items to surveys & quizzes that are necessary across multiple businesses throughout my organization including those related directly to me such is one example
