Review on 🌧️ Ivation 3,000 Sq. Ft Energy Star Dehumidifier: Efficient De-humidifier for Large Rooms and Basements with Continuous Drain Hose, Humidity Control, Auto Shutoff and Restart by Omar Thorndike

I needed a dehumidifier with a pump so I wouldn't have to empty the bucket regularly. I found that many of the low pump dryer ratings were due to a pump failure or poor pump connection. I've been trying one (another brand) for a while and suddenly the internal pump failed, luckily before the return window closed. The pumped version was the 4500ft^3 model and I've rarely seen it work, so I decided on a smaller setup (3000ft^3) and supplemented it with an external condensate pump (Little Giant 554425 80 GPH 1/30 HP Automatic Condensate Pump ) which in itself is highly prized. I placed the devices in a shoe rack along with a water sensor (Govee WiFi Water Sensor) for added security. So far everything works smoothly. This dehumidifier I found runs more frequently to keep humidity down, but not all the time, so hopefully it's more energy efficient. My only criticism is that I find the fan to be a bit noisy, so I leave it on. at the lowest speed.
