Installed on iPad Mini 4 Cellular (A1550): Working but with wrong gasket. It also doesn't include the big plastic thing in the top left corner next to the home button in the first picture, but I don't think it's needed. As you can see in the picture, these small slits should line up on the gasket. with a ribbon cable, but the gasket must match the outline of the home button or it will not click properly. As long as you play around with it, it should work. I guess for $9 it's not a big deal. There are no instructions either. So if you've never done this before, make sure you place the small black plastic ring between the back of the glass and the home button gasket. Make sure you test the button first before turning the screen back on.
