Read the review. Ordered for my daughter. However, the product arrived on time. After opening, the piece of plastic connecting the head to the body was broken. The footrest or foot paddle, whatever you want to call it, was either not fully assembled or just fell off, two of which are attached, one is hanging with a screw and one is just on its own. Also, if I look closely, corrosion is already visible on the frame inside the head under the feet. I don't know if I got a used one that people returned or if they used cheap paint on the metal parts. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. I still couldn't believe it was new. I thought I just bought it at a flea market but with a box. My wife asked me if I could fix it as my daughter loves horses so much and this horse is the perfect birthday present for her. Of course I can fix it, but I bought a brand new one, I have to take a brand new one, at least without corrosion. Can't be replaced because Revain won't let me. I have to return it to get a refund so I can buy another one as my daughter really wants it. I hope that this time it will be a whole new message. Updated 08/27/14. I received an email from UFREE asking them to take a picture of it so they can see the problem immediately after I sent the return package to UPS. Very sorry. But I placed another order and told them to check the package before shipping. I received the package on August 25th and I am happy to know that it is really brand new. Assembly is quick and easy. My 5 year old daughter rode it all day. The perfect gift for her. It is easy for her to drive through narrow places. I really like the soft wheel product so she can ride outside and inside the house without scratching the wood floor. It is a safe product when there are no descents or climbs as there are no brakes. So please keep an eye on your child when your home is in this landscape. Also, it helps her use up her energy and gives me some free time to just watch her play instead of running around with her. And spent less time on the iPad. I think the price is right. A bit annoying because of the falling hair, but that's just my opinion. In general I like the product and I recommend it.
