I've been using the product for a long time and am writing my review from now on. It was a good device at first, but the second monitor would often turn off if your computer ever went to sleep for more than 15 minutes. This is very annoying since you unplugged and plugged the main Thunderbolt 3 cable back in to boot both monitors back up! Then my battery started to swell on the new 2018 MacBook Pro! This is the price of $300. This ruined my MacBook Pro's entire battery. That's why it deserves a star. You guys really need to fix the problems with this device. There are too many issues with the monitor and a bloated battery is just a bad icing on the cake for me.
