I bought this duvet for my teenage son who has trouble sleeping. He mentioned to me that he'd read how a weighted blanket really helps people with insomnia. I wanted to help my son because sleep deprivation is real and getting a good night's sleep every day is so important! I found this in particular here on Revain and the price was right on our budget! My son was so happy I bought this and every day since then he's finally sleeping through the night and waking up refreshed before the day!
