The metal insert in the top that couples to the shaft keeps falling out, only 3 months since I purchased the grinder. Prior to the breakage, it worked fine, except to get a coarse grind, I had to remove the nut that holds the top in place. Then when the peppercorns were nearly all ground, the metal piece in the cap fell into the chamber. I hammered it back in place, but then it falls out again a few days later. The grinder needs a new top, but apparently there is no customer service, and now it's too late for Ebay return.
