I was not pretty convinced about these.but I was visiting my son and needed some sort of pot where I could cool rice,meats,beans and everythingSo,out of necessity I bought it.I believe that was the brightest idea I ever had.I am so in love with my pot that I left this in my son's house.but I am getting one for me. The 4 qt one I got is big enough to cook a meal for 6 people,is very easy to use and cleaning is a breeze.If you need to increase or decrease the cooking time is really easy to do.Oh and I forgot to say how fast I got it,that was a bonus! it comes with a recipe book and a manual,so there is no way to get lost using it.
