I received the cheese slicer for the first time and the extra wire cutters were not included. Revine, let me trade it. The second one I received worked fine the first time I used it. The second time around I noticed that the screws on the bottom holding the lever were loose. I tightened them but he didn't tighten. Found that the screw has stripped threads and cannot be tightened. This time it was outside of the return date and I contacted Revane anyway. They refunded my money and told me not to return it. I give Revain 5 stars for customer service but I would not recommend this product.
