I wanted to expand the phone's memory and I chose this card. It worked as it should and without any problems until 6 months later my phone no longer recognized it as inserted. It then changed to register as inserted but not compatible. But it didn't format either. They would hang 20 percent every time. Tried formatting with PC instead of phone, even with Lexar software, but no luck. I then contacted customer service who were amazingly understanding and helpful. They apologized for the issues and are offering me a refund as they are currently unable to provide a replacement. Customer service more than makes up for some of the inconvenience caused by a product issue. I believe with confidence that my problem is probably an accident and I will purchase another device from this company.
