My Disappointment with SheetKart as a Shopper Despite my high hopes for SheetKart, I was eventually let down by my shopping experience there. Although they have a broad selection of goods, I found their website to be difficult to use and understand.
In addition, I found their prices to be excessive, particularly considering the low standard of their wares. After much deliberation, I decided to buy a set of linens I found online; unfortunately, upon their arrival, I discovered that they were scratchy and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact their customer support department were met with indifference and unhelpfulness. SheetKart clearly cares more about earning a buck than it does about giving its customers a positive shopping experience. If you ask me, SheetKart is not a store you should visit. Although their selection is broad, the company's website is difficult to navigate, their prices are excessive, and their customer support is subpar. Don't waste your time here; go somewhere else.
