When I was looking for new hobbies, I came across this candle building set. It comes with a lot more stuff than most kits I've seen and it's pretty affordable! I made the candle as soon as I received the package, using the essential oils provided to create a blend of rosemary, eucalyptus, and tea tree. Since essential oils are not as strong as fragrance oils, you need to use around 20-50 drops of oil to bring out the scent. I also chopped up the purple wax color and added some of it to the soy wax to melt it. The thermometer that came with it was also a real stroke of luck, because candle making requires careful temperature control! I waited for the wax to warm to 120-130F before adding the essential oil and pouring it into the jar. All in all, this is a great starter kit for anyone looking to get into candle making! Everything you need is included in this set, so you don't have to buy any additional items. The instructions provided were very easy and helpful, but I went to YouTube for more details!
