Review on ๐ŸŽจ Uchida 1122-12A Le Plume II Double-Ended Markers, Primary Colors, Brush and Fine Tips, Set of 12 by Heather Shaw

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The ends of the brushes are excellent. The thin end falls out easily.

These pens stay wet long enough to put a few colors on a stamp and then leave a good impression or two, and the brush tips apply ink very efficiently when used sideways . Obviously, this is their main advantage. The fine-tipped end is great for repairing and touching up with matching shades (although of course the colors tend to write a little more intensely than a stamp impression). However, with some of these markers, the fine tip just fell off. When I first uncapped this end - complete with a tiny pen that draws ink from the reservoir sponge into the tip. I'll look for a way to glue the ends. So be careful, especially if you have younger children using handles, or babies crawling on the mat underneath, or other less-equipped workspaces. The included plastic case is "almost, but not quite" a storage solution. . It pops open easily when the set is dropped and even fell apart in the mail before they arrived. But even if you throw away the plastic, keep the color index card. Lids aren't necessarily the perfect color guide, but the included card provides an overview of all 108 colors and each marker clearly shows the color number. so that light-colored stamp markers do not discolour when they come into contact with darker ink residues.
