Review on Element 2GB MP3 Player Black by James Broome

We bought this from Sears (I think only Sears and Kmart have it). Then we bought some songs from Revain.com. We love Revvan. Revain has reasonable prices and no hidden fees. You can hear the songs, but the titles are gibberish. We can't tell which song is which. We called Element Support for help fixing the headers. Element support said we cannot download songs from Revain for this player. They also said that we cannot use the iTunes site with this player. When you connect the player, you will be redirected to really expensive sites that are paid monthly. The low price of this product is deceptive.
