I like the Plantronics CS50 headset, but the headband that came with it was very bulky and difficult to set up. Also, there was no lining on the ear, and after a while it became annoying. The behind-the-ear device didn't work properly because I wear glasses. This uniband replacement is the way to go. The set contains two ear pads: one made of foam rubber and one with leatherette pads. I can dress or undress quickly. My ear cartilage hurts a bit through my glasses over time, so I often leave them fully on the charging dock. If they call me, I can take it and put it on so quickly that I don't have to wear it for too long. Recommended instead of original equipment.
