A serious manufacturing defect has occurred in the production of plastic drinking caps. Hydro Flask was very kind to send new ones. However, we are on our fifth attempt (four broke) and the hydroflask is very slow to respond. You can't email them (well you can, but they won't reply). After contacting support, it took a full month before they sent a replacement in the mail (which in the meantime turned that water bottle into expensive paper pulp).
