I tried to contact the company before writing this review but they didn't bother to reply to me. It hardly cools my bedroom when it's very hot outside. I have two main complaints. First, the air duct must be sealed with tape, otherwise the exit will go straight into my room. Hooray! Also, the top doesn't open digitally like it should, so it doesn't work unless I insert it manually every time. It also points straight up at the ceiling. So if you want the wind to blow you, you'll have to buy another brand. I am very disappointed that the company did not offer me a refund for the flaws in the model I received. My wife, kid and I are miserable in our bedroom talking with two fans and this horrible air conditioner and we're still hot as hell. So disappointed as we spent so much money on it. Also, the air duct is VERY POORLY INSULATED, so hot air goes straight into our room. Don't make the same mistake we did.
