Strong, Well Made: Dogs

This is a good cart, but I ended up using 15 feet of plastic-coated metal rope attached to our porch railing and its harness mine Letting dog roam the yard with my 81 year old mom while I'm at work. A recent breakup prompted me to bring my 110lb golden retriever to her house. He will pull them when he sees a squirrel or other dog. I can hold him but not her. Eventually I will walk but I don't have a drill so I have to wait. Although it's great quality
