About 3-4 years ago I went to taste/buy coffee to find good coffee for every day. I probably bought 24 different types of coffee beans from all over the world. I have tried all the major brands of beans as well as many local and lesser known brands. "Three Sisters" is now my favorite everyday coffee. I use a ceramic coffee grinder. I used to cook in the kettle. I've also cooked in an Aeropress. Now my everyday brewer is a Keurig with a reusable mug. I've been buying Three Sisters for at least three years now. This gives me a steady, flavorful cup of coffee daily that isn't so charred or sour that my stomach is screaming at me for the rest of the morning. I am very satisfied with this coffee and miss it a lot when traveling.
