There were dust particles on the back so it was blurry when I put it on the screen. Moved out.

The screen protector seems to work when there is no dust on the sticky side. something must have happened when they placed the protected plastic on the screen. Their installation steps state that if this fails and you want to try again for free, contact them. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact her for another. No one replied from the company.
