I can't get it to run at all. He's just dead. At first I thought it just needed to be charged. But he didn't charge. Then I thought maybe the included charger is defective, so I tried charging it with the charger for my old Charge 2, it wouldn't charge. I even tried using my husband's Charge 2 charger but still didn't take it. He's just dead, no light, nothing. Please inform.
