Built to last and we love the power of RFID!

I switched from a plastic garage door opener to this keypad primarily for the RFID capabilities. I was immediately impressed by the design of the device. Heavy metal housing with sealed electronics inside. The buttons are made of rubberized plastic which feels solid but definitely not metal like the description says. I thoroughly tested the device indoors before installing it outdoors and it worked as expected. The instructions are a bit complicated, but with time and patience you should be able to operate and install the device. The day I installed the keyboard outside, it was cold, about 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Immediately, all keys would get stuck when pressed for different lengths of time, making keyboard programming a nightmare. I was so discouraged that I immediately emailed the seller for help. To my surprise, they were very quick to respond (it was a Sunday night in the US EST) but initially they had no solution to confirm that they had never seen it. The next day and for more than 3 weeks I haven't seen any sticky buttons. I attribute this to the rapid temperature change from 66F indoors to 39F outdoors. Since the buttons and the body are made of different materials, if all parts reached the same temperature, everything was fine. The seller also reached out a second time to see if I needed any further assistance. I was very happy with the customer service I received from the seller and I will definitely buy this keyboard again.
