These tutu leggings were just adorable. My daughter is 8 years old, she is small for her age. We bought a size 7-8 and it fit as expected - not too tight and had little room to grow. She literally wore them to school TWICE, and the second time she wore them, she came home from school with torn inseams. both are very disappointed. I figured that would at least get me through the winter months.
