When the package was delivered first half of the box was torn which didn't look good and started. Cardboard I can live with that but after unpacking the 2 bubble wrap mounts there are heaps of scratches dents etc right down to the bare metal so before I even try to install them I'll paint them first some kind of truck body coating. so they don't rust after the first rain. Does it then have a brightness rating of 0 to 5 stars at the top of the test range? They seem quite heavy overall but not being able to install them right away is worrying as I know I don't have to repair a brand new product to keep it from rusting.
