ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE/BLUETOOTH CONNECTION NOT WORKING! I can't even listen to it. The music is literally interrupted about 100 times a minute. I made sure I wasn't doing anything wrong by fully charging the charging case and EarPods. I also tested on both my iPhone SE and iPad 7th gen and got the same results. The product is very beautiful and the sound quality is excellent, so I was excited at first, but you just can't enjoy these EarPods when the Bluetooth connection drops non-stop. There are various other glitches that I won't go into, such as: B. randomly switching off one or the other headphone or changing the volume. Do not buy these, this is the 3rd AMAZON electronic product which is a clear counterfeit that does not work properly. I will send these back. And I'm very upset.
