I've had TWO of these training collars. With the first one, the charging plug broke after a year. With the second device, the charging port failed after just a few days. This type of connector is NOT designed to be plugged/unplugged multiple times. It is mainly used on circuit boards where they will remain connected for months/years. I like this type of training collar for its reliability in the field (once charged). It's easy to use and there's little chance of accidentally pressing the wrong button. I intend to either ask the seller to replace the charger on this device or return the entire device and get a new one. Too bad this bad design is used in this VERY GOOD training collar.
