I actually really like this product for the explicit purpose of the shelter/bed and if it were only advertised that way I would happily give it a full 5 stars. However, it was also advertised as a footstool and I do not recommend it for that purpose. I never wished or imagined it for this purpose, so I'm a little confused as to why it's advertised that way. Who likes to put their feet in a cat bed? by price. It turned out to be stronger than I expected given it's foldable. I like the height option. Gives the kitten a perch, but not very high and not intrusive. Very efficient use of space.
