I make pizza at home at least once a week and this thing crisps up the crust and is easy to clean. Don't worry about dripping cheese or toppings sticking to the pan. When I take a pizza out of the oven, I also like to pull the pizza out of the pan and onto the cutting board. I don't want to ruin the surface of the pan by slicing pizza on it. Homemade pizza dough slides off the pan with ease. I have to hand wash it because it doesn't fit in my dishwasher, but it's easy to clean because nothing sticks to it.
