Works little in Cats

Much less than advertised. My cat can't walk in it. it goes to her legs, not her ankles. she sat down and he collapsed. I followed the measurements 100%. I'm coming back looking for a larger size as I need it right now. was expecting it yesterday and it was never delivered after being put on a van. :-(
