You will need them after you lift your truck!
When installing these camber bolts, be sure the center washers are perfectly seated on the guides, otherwise you will turn the bolt in the washer and destroy the center point. Trust me I found it the hard way and had to order a new one. Another tip: Sanding the spot and applying anti-seize paste supports the middle movement when adjusting the camber/lag.
