Having a disappointing experience with both the products and the customer service offered by Fiddlerman.

As a musician who makes regular purchases of accessories and components for my instruments, I couldn't wait to give Fiddlerman's online store a try. Unfortunately, my experience with this organization was not at all what I had hoped for or expected. To begin, the things that I was sent were of low quality and did not live up to my anticipations in any way. The instrument accessories I bought did not have the right fit and were therefore useless. In addition, the strings I received did not sound like they were described and did not give the sound I was hoping for. In addition, the staff of the customer support department were unhelpful and condescending when I attempted to remedy these problems. Multiple times, via email and by phone, I attempted to get in touch with Fiddlerman's customer service department; however, the responses I received were both rude and tardy. It was abundantly evident that the corporation did not appreciate my business and did not care about whether or not I was satisfied as a customer. Overall, Fiddlerman is not a game that I would suggest to other musicians or those who are interested in music. This firm is a bothersome and unreliable alternative for obtaining musical instruments and accessories because it does not offer products of a high enough quality and has bad customer support.
