Shoes run 1 size larger than other ON shoes. These are great shoes but after 2 weeks of wear they offer tremendous benefits. If they are narrow in width when you buy them, they give a lot. This was my first pair of ON shoes and this guy is not that supportive. I would recommend for everyday wear rather than the gym or everyday use. They fit just like the NMD Addias with a very flat footbed and heel-to-toe support, and kickstand support in shoes comes quickly. I had to send my back in because my legs were starting to hurt in both the arch and ankle from becoming so loose and unsupportive. I wear them all day every day and it's only been 2 1/2 weeks. So it would probably be better to wear it as a casual shoe. I love the style and everything about them is different! a bit lazy but i will try another guy in his shoes!
