The reason I gave it such a low rating is because of a few important points. Due to poor build quality I needed a replacement case. The case doesn't fit. When the case is opened, the right side comes out more. Then when the case is closed it doesn't fit so my iPad works until it dies and now my rubber stopper is gone because I close the case by pushing the stoppers. I like the case, but my center pin connecting the top and bottom halves doesn't hold the case straight. In December I was much more understanding due to two public holidays. With that being said, I received an email on November 29th so this process took over 5 weeks with no actual replacement of the product (replacement was received on January 8th). Shipping for my replacement was delayed due to the photos. Max from the company asked me, a potential disgruntled customer, for a photo of their product line. Customers don't get paid to check the quality of your business, we pay for your product. This is my 2nd CASE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM! I RECOMMEND NOT DOING THIS CURVED DEAL! $100 cases and I use my 5 year old $10 case that shows you something is wrong!
