I have been wearing 'cheater' glasses for reading and up close and detailed stuff for many years. I have several pairs of different magnification strategically located around the house and that's been good enough until this last increase in strength. The old ones just don't do the job anymore. Instead of replacing them I decided to try taking better care of the couple pairs that are strong enough. Once again, ebay to the rescue! For about $7 bucks i got 4 different types of eyeglass chains or string holders from ONESING. So far so good! I have tested 2 of the 4 for several days each and they work well. I am thinking that the little rubber loops can be replaced because they are attached with a clip. See picture. And they are long enough to allow my glasses to rest on my chest when I don't need them. Like watching tv. I am quite satisfied with my purchase and I recommend them for keeping your glasses on a pretty leash.
