I have been wearing 'cheater' glasses for reading and up close and detailed stuff for many years. Look good, but the plastic ends will break rather easily and don't last to long. They a inexpensive enough that I've just purchased more for my wife.

I have been using the chains more for my sunglasses than for my reading glasses. And they are very functional that way. But they get in the way of other things - like seat belts and my purse - which is annoying sometimes.

Items are cute and as pictured. However, the on the 1st wear it broke after a couple minutes. There was no tugging or pulling. I simply put it on and let my very light weight glass hang as it should, and it just came off.

Bought these as a joke for a friend who lost her glasses after they fell in a toilet with an automatic flusher. Joke was on me because these are really nice chains. She really liked them and uses them with her new glasses. (Yes, the plumber got the glasses out and no, she did not wear them again!)

These worked at first, but the rubber loop that holds the glasses on, stretches out of shape quickly and gets so loose that the glasses fall right out.
