Part of me says "damn I should have bought a 3XL". But in fact I don't think this shirt is for you if you weigh over 200 pounds. Too bad, because there's a wide range of colors and styles to choose from, and during Washington's wet summers, it's so light it feels like it's lowering your body temperature when you wear it. I'll leave that to work - I'm a low mileage guy and slightly tight armpits (high, not too small) should be fine. But what really disappoints about this shirt is its length: Raise your arms above your head and you'll reveal 2-4 inches of stomach - probably not the most summery look for a mid-fifties like me. (I'll bet that would have been just a ticket for 25 years - and the equivalent number of pounds - back.) Considering the low price of 20, it's still a steal compared to boxed branded sportswear. but not exactly thrown away cheaply. . Cool maxi-like material is ok, very fine weave, only this side is slippery/shiny. But in my opinion it's definitely sportswear, unless you're into 70's disco Quiana. I would also say based on previous reviewer comments that the art in the main area is really form fitting or tapered. only small.
