I like how easy it was to learn; once you do, everything flows really well! It has helped my team make more sales in less time with new prospects and clients who are looking at our services/products. This makes us more efficient as a business because we're not wasting resources trying to find them or calling them back. Sometimes there can be some lag if their system isn't fully functioning which slows things down when using this product. Having someone else take care of all these tasks helps me focus on other important aspects of my job.
