I would give zero stars if I could. Bought this for my adopted daughter for Christmas. She was excited to open it. When we plugged it in, the light flashed when we touched it once, then wouldn't turn on. I installed the batteries and figured you should have both. Nothing. I called and after a little twitch on the phone a replacement was sent. We just received today. Unpacked, connected and works! That is, until we remove the protective paper from the front so you can see yourself in the mirror in about 5 seconds. After that it didn't shine anymore. I have never bought anything faulty from Revain and even the replacement they sent didn't work. I'm not even sure I'll be contacting them again about this mirror because the first time was very tedious.
