I was looking for a cordless drill that could be used for small jobs around the house and double as a grinder to touch up scratches on a car. One of the reasons I chose this is the brand. Black & Decker is a well known company for making quality tools and I have found this drill to be cheaper compared to DeWalt or Porter-Cable. Choose. Both drills were about the same price when I bought them. I think this is a newer model. Both have the same features and the same level of performance. I was happy when I received it because the material of the product looks high quality. Ergonomic design does not burden your hand when using. It has a high quality rubber material around the handle that fits your hand and feels good. I don't recommend this if you're looking for a powerful drill that can easily drill holes at a faster speed. This is a small drill/screwdriver that can be carried around for small jobs like installing a cabinet or installing a picture frame on the wall. I tried drilling a hole in the concrete, it took a while but the job was done. I'm crossing my fingers that this works on steel because I'm going to use it to fix a dent on my car. What I really liked is how easy it was to change the drill bit and the good charger that came with it. . The charger is equipped with an LED indicator that lets you know if the battery is charged or if there is a problem with the battery. It's minor things but that's what I'm looking for in a quality product.
