I purchased this leash after my corgi had back surgery. For several weeks she rested in a cage. Then I wanted her to have some freedom, but not too much. I use it when I'm in the kitchen/dining room and living room so she can be with me. Moves easily, giving her enough room to lay down where she wants and climb into her bed without worrying about her suddenly flying up when someone is at the door, or the millions of other things that Corgis like to attack. Stops them jumping on and off furniture. I filled large and small plastic zip-lock bags with sand to make it heavier. It was easier to fill in the gaps and I can add or remove as needed. I don't have to worry about sand escaping either. Fantastic product!
