I bought this for a cut that was in good condition just strained. Tanned couches and kids don't mix well. I liked the cover, the color is as in the picture, the texture is pleasant. I think I may have ordered the wrong size as the living room cover fits perfectly, but it was too big for the sofa corner. There is room for armrests on both sides too, some had to be tucked into cushions. The styrofoam pieces were very small and didn't work at all. I just threw them away because they were basically useless. Also, there were no instructions included with the kit and it was difficult at first to understand which part is which. The material also picks up a lot of dirt and you can't vacuum or dust it, it has to be removed and machine washed. Not bad for the price. I would look into a different material if I ever decide to upholster furniture in the future.
