The camera is not waterproof, may have just received a defective device

can not be used, may have just received a defective device, and when the company fixes, I will update the rating. The installation went smoothly, the screen looks normal. However, water accumulating in the camera body behind the lens rendered it unusable. I am attaching a photo of the lens and how it looks on screen
