The product smells good and the presentation is great. It has a good hold but I had a very difficult time applying it to my hair and it quickly became tacky which made my hair even more difficult to work with and just tugged heavily on my hair and made it difficult to style . I think it's ok for a gel-like hold if you can apply it to the hair (this is very difficult with my hair type) but unfortunately it's definitely not for me. The loss of stars is due to it making my hair very greasy and melting/softening under the brighter lights at my work which caused my hair to just flat out during my shift which is common with other products I have used have, was not the case. I would say this would be most suitable for those with thick hair although it does rinse them out nicely! Edit: The company contacted me so I added a star for good Quest service but I still recommend if you have thin or fine hair this product may not be for you.
