Suitable for light use only

I think if you use them for very light clay work they will be more than adequate. However, if you plan on using them to work with heavier, stiffer clay, I've found that they tend to bend and flex a bit. In two cases, the metal came loose from the wooden handle and had to be glued back in place. Again, they worked flawlessly with light use.
