Review on Retruster by Anthony Robichaud

I like how simple everything works; you don't have to be a techie genius in order to use it! It's incredibly intuitive and straightforward. You can easily set up rules, filters, etc. The support team answers back quickly too! Also, their customer service has been great so far. There are not many features out of the box - but they've added more as we've used them over time. We're solving two problems at once by using this software. One is detecting malicious links from our customers' websites (website owners send us links), while another problem is identifying spam messages sent via our own website.
