I like how easy this was for me as an end user; my previous unit did not have many features that were useful or practical in our situation (it really only had two settings). The ease of use makes troubleshooting issues much simpler than with other units we've used previously. This has made life better from day one! We needed something more powerful then what came stock which would also allow us access through mobile devices easily without having extra hardware purchased separately outside of their standard offerings.
