UPDATE 10/28/21 The company contacted me again and sent me a replacement humidifier fairly quickly. This works very well; I haven't had a single problem with it. So I'm increasing my rating to 5 stars and have to thank the company for the great customer service. UPDATE: 10/17/21 Just a few days ago the device just stopped working. No matter what I try it's like the humidifier just has no power and nothing gets it to work. To the company's credit, they responded very quickly when I informed them of this issue. I was told to provide a video of the humidifier not working and then the humidifier would have to be sent back to the manufacturer to determine why it stopped working. This whole process doesn't cost me anything, but I thank the company's customer service team for responding to me so quickly. Period is not very good. First of all I would like to mention some positive aspects: it is very easy to fill and clean, it is very quiet and even on the third setting the water lasts very long. (More on that later.) I started this on Friday. It worked great. . . until the following Tuesday, when it began emitting noticeably less fog than before. The next day there was no fog at all. I've tried everything I can think of, but nothing has helped. On each of those days I filled the tank just below the maximum mark and everything worked perfectly. When this stopped I found that it only works when it's no more than half full. You have to give the machine credit for the fact that there is still enough water available for quite a long time, even if it is less full. On the third setting in particular, and with just over half the tank, it lasts over 12 hours with about 1/5 of the water still in the tank. So it's not at all ideal that it stops working so quickly. and only resumed work after the water level had dropped. However, since I found out, it worked fine, so I'd recommend it, but with a warning that there could be problems sooner rather than later.
