Literally the problem I had was the lids hitting the controller at full stroke. So I can steer the vehicle and it doesn't seem to turn, so I reflexively squeeze the handle harder. Suddenly the curve gets too sharp and I pull off the inside of the road. Same thing happens when I try to aim a gun. I thought the controller was defective until I figured out what was going on. As they wear out, they also leave small crumbs of plastic behind, which then get into the controller. The quality and ease of installation was great otherwise I would have rated it lower. They probably work for games that aren't fast-paced, but most games are.
