This balm is a salvation for those taking Isotretinoin (Accutane)!

I don't often write reviews but this product has been a lifesaver for my poor lips and I couldn't help but share! I recently started taking isotretinoin and even on the lowest possible dose my lips were so dry they were peeling, inflamed and bleeding. I've used Aquaphor, petroleum jelly, cortisone 10 cream, organic unscented badger balm, calendula ointment - anything that can help with dryness - but the results were still so pathetic. I had to reapply the product every 15-20 minutes or my lips would get chapped and flaky. It was painful and your lips look disgusting too when they're so dry. So terrible! And then I found Dr. Dan's corti balm. <<singing angels enter>> Oh my god. Gosh, this is really the only product I've found that can bring relief to my lips. You will feel the difference within minutes of application. My lips look normal again and aren't cracked/flaky/bleeding! It also works better for me than a pure cortisone cream - I suspect the cortisone is mixed with substances that hold it in place (like beeswax, petroleum jelly, etc) which allows it to last longer. I love that it's fragrance free (fewer irritants) and that it lasts so long. I still have to apply it multiple times a day but it lasts much longer. Now I don't look like some crazy obsessive person who applies lip balm every 15 minutes. very dry, chapped lips, you need that in life.
